The 37th Great Treasure Exhibition "Treasures of Mount Koya"

Boasting a history of about 1200 years, Mount Koya has a great number of cultural assets remaining in proportion to its length of history. This Great Treasure Exhibition will display a number of national treasures and important cultural properties, including the National Treasure Buddha Nirvana Painting (Kongobu-ji Temple), the Golden Light Sutra on Purple Paper with Gold Letters (Ryuko-in Temple), and Bunkan Shirin (Shochi-in Temple). Experience the history of Mount Koya through these precious cultural properties.
