2024 Spring Special Exhibition "Kongobu-ji Temple - Its Establishment and Treasures"

On January 19, 2024, 12 buildings in the Kongobu-ji Temple grounds, including the main hall, were designated as Important Cultural Properties. To commemorate this, we will be holding a spring special exhibition, "Kongobu-ji Temple - Its Establishment and Treasures."
We will introduce the history of Kongobu-ji Temple, the head temple, which was established in the Meiji era, and exhibit the treasures of Mount Koya that have been preserved and passed down to the present day, allowing you to feel the changes that have occurred over the past 1200 years.
